Matt Jeschelnik,
Founder and MD Matt Jeschelnik
With many years experience in global television distribution and production, Matt’s life in television started at National Geographic TV's Explore International where, between 1999 and 2003 he held several senior creative and commercial positions. He quickly became hooked on the outdoor life and outdoor broadcasting and has never lost his strong affinity for all things which flourish within the “Yellow Border”. Management roles in post production and content distribution followed at Silk Sound / The Bridge and Narrowstep / Sportshows Television leading up to Matt starting Boulder Creek International in 2007.
Matt has Executive produced four successful television series, producing for BBC Worldwide as well as distributing for BBC Motion Gallery and counts, amongst others, Discovery, PBS, UKTV, ESPN, CNBC and NBC Universal as his clients.
A well-known face on the International sailing events circuit, Matt has worked on the World Match Racing Tour, the Monsoon Cup Malaysia, Ellen MacArthur’s Malaysian leg of her Asia Tour, the German Sailing Grand Prix, Cork Week and the Kings Cup Thailand. He has also worked on the Electronic Sports World Cup, MSA Muay Thai, Queensbury Boxing, and the Mallorca Surf Action.
Lucy Dumain,
Operations Manager Lucy Dumain
Lucy joined Boulder Creek in June 2015, after graduating with a Film & Television Studies degree from Brunel University. Starting out as a Sales intern, Lucy is now Operations Manager here at Boulder Creek. She looks after finance, manages the rights tracking database, offers support to the busy sales team, and oversees the general smooth running of internal processes. Lucy loves the great outdoors, and wants to get out there and see the world!
Christian Iannace,
Head of Post Production Ed Hubert
Christian is Boulder Creek's Head of Post Production and general technical know-how. Prior to heading up the edit suite here at BCI, Christian held posts as an edit assistant and Junior Editor in both broadcast and corporate video in Spain and the UK. He now edits our four in-house extreme sports series', converts video files into the correct specifications for our clients and is our resident tech guru, fixing problems wherever they may arise. In his spare time, Christian is a professional photographer and avid gamer.
Sarah Diggins,
Sales Manager Ed Hubert
Sarah has worked in TV distribution for over 15 years selling both finished programmes and formats. Sarah started her career at BBC Worldwide. She has since worked for a number of key distribution companies including Entertainment Rights, Leopard Films, Optomen Television All3 International and most recently Magnify Media.Sarah manages sales to: APAC, Scandinavia & Benelux, USA & Canada, UK & Eire.
Natalya Thomas,
Sales Executive Ed Hubert
Natalya joined the BCI team in October 2017 as a sales executive to build sales in territories that include CEE, MENA, Germany and Russia. Her experience stems from licensing music and images over the years. Natalya was based at Getty Images, working within sales providing clients with annual and monthly subscriptions to Getty and iStock services. Prior to this she worked as an account executive at renowned production music library, Audio Network, selling music licenses to broadcasters, production companies and YouTube channels. When she’s not working, you can find her either in the gym, learning Spanish… or in a bar with a glass of red!
Jenni Potter,
Producer and Deliveries Co-ordinator Ed Hubert
Jenni is Boulder Creek’s Producer and Deliveries Co-ordinator. Previously a production intern, Jenni re-joined the team in 2017 after graduating with a degree in Digital Film Production from the University of Greenwich. She now produces our 3 in-house series (Wild Spirits, Wild Surf and Better Than Four), co-ordinates international deliveries on behalf of the sales team and runs our internship scheme. Jenni loves to get out in the great outdoors and is never happier then when she’s hiking up mountains, kayaking around the coast or exploring far-flung places.
