Programme Description

Celebrity chef Richard Till sources the finest cuts of Pure South New Zealand meats exported to the world and shows how to prepare meals that could be found on menus in the finest restaurants yet easily replicated in the home kitchen. Along for the ride, former All Black Frank Bunce is on a search for the other ingredients but is often distracted by local adventures. From high-flying WW1 aircraft to the murky depths of shark diving, Frank experiences all the South Island has to offer visiting tourists. The scenery is superb, matched by an array of characters that make this series both endearing and enduring.
